WHERE CAN I PARK?

Complimentary free underground parking is available. It can be accessed from the first street north of Doncaster. Parking is readily available on all levels, P1,P2, and P3. Please park in the orange area that reads Offices on Yonge and use the corresponding elevator. The office is located on floor 7.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST SUBWAY STATION?

The closest subway station is Finch Station.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard

WHAT DOES MY INSURANCE COVER?

Provided you have dental insurance, an estimate can be sent to determine your eligibility for coverage. Dental insurance will often cover a portion of periodontal services recommended.

Appointments

HOW LONG IS THE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT?

Your initial consultation appointment will be 1 hour in length. It is a consultation appointment where all necessary information will be gathered, including needed radiographs, intraoral pictures and clinical examination. Any recommended treatment will be reviewed including information on scheduling and recommended post-treatment care.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to fill out all new patient forms.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT

You will be asked to provide a current list of your medications. If you would like coordination with your health benefits, please bring your updated health insurance card.

WHO DO I CONTACT WITH FURTHER QUESTIONS?

During business hours please contact the office directly at   905-764-1313. If the office is closed, a staff member will make sure to get back to you the following day. On evenings and weekends Dr. Glick can be contacted at the emergency contact number provided to you at your appointment.
